You can book online through our website, call us directly, or visit one of our offices. Browse our tours, select your preferred dates, and follow the booking process. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Our tour prices include accommodation, local transport, most meals, entrance fees to attractions, and the services of a local leader. Flights to/from your destination and travel insurance are not included unless specified.
Absolutely! Many of our travelers solo, and our small group sizes make it easy to connect with fellow travelers. We offer no single supplements on selected departures for solo travelers.
Cancellation fees vary by trip. Generally, 60+ days before departure: full refund minus deposit. 30-59 days: 50% of tour price. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips. It should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Please provide us with your policy details before departure.
Our average group size is 12 travelers, with a maximum of 16. This ensures authentic experiences, lower environmental impact, and plenty of personal attention from your leader.
